Within 14 days of starting the program, if no services were utilized.
How does scheduling work?
Your one-on-one coaching calls will be scheduled at a time that works for you and your coach. For group coaching, we will poll the cohort and choose a day/time that works best for most members.
What if I can't make a session?
You can reschedule your one-on-one coaching calls as long as you give your coach 24+ hours notice. Group calls will be at an agreed upon time and will not be rescheduled, though your most important work will stem from the syllabus, the platform to guide and house your work, and your one-on-one coaching calls.
